UN Tourism General Assembly 2025: An AI-Powered Digital Platform for Saudi Arabia

For the Saudi Ministry of Tourism, we built an end-to-end digital platform powered by AI to support the 26th Session of the United Nations General Assembly for Tourism. The platform delivered a unique, personalised experience for delegates from 114 countries, including flight and hotel booking, restaurant reservations, event planning, an AI concierge, and multi-language support across 6 languages.

The result: 4,800+ sessions, over 1,060 experiences booked, a 51.8% day-one retention rate (double the global benchmark), and a 5.0 App Store rating. Users described it as unlike anything seen at a previous UN event.
