An AI platform
for 114 countries.
For the Saudi Ministry of Tourism, we designed and built an end-to-end digital platform powered by AI to support the 26th Session of the United Nations General Assembly for Tourism. The platform delivered a personalised experience for delegates from 114 countries across six languages.
Every metric, exceeded.
Meet Noura.
Noura, the platform’s AI assistant, gave each delegate personalised recommendations and travel support. Available via voice and text, she helped with everything from agenda planning to restaurant reservations.
She learned each delegate’s preferences from the onboarding flow and adapted from there, key to retention that doubled the global benchmark.
One hub, live.
The home screen surfaced each delegate’s agenda, booked experiences, and toolkit features: Noura, tour guide matching, wayfinding, landmark notifications. All updated in real time.
Delegates could browse and book curated experiences, receive location-aware notifications, access a welcome guide to Saudi Arabia, and manage their full event schedule from one interface.
4,381 words translated per language. Country-segmented push notifications. Over 6,200 notifications sent during the event, each in the recipient’s preferred language.
User and agenda management, country-segmented notifications, experience management, bilateral meeting coordination. Delivered across 8 app versions in 4 weeks, with 79 enhancements shipped.
“I wasn’t expecting an app like this, and I’ve never seen it at another UN event.”
81% of surveyed users rated the platform as satisfying or very satisfying.
